We were at Naries Namakwa Retreat for a few days. near Springbok. Wonderful weather, but more importantly the perfect stay at the hotel. Everything was just right there. From the warm welcome to the sweet guidance upon departure. We had a delicious meal there and were looked after by top staff. We will definitely return to Naries Namakwa Retreat this year.

We stay at Naries Namakwa whenever we can when we travel to Namibia or the Kgalangadi. It is a very special retreat: beautiful views, lovely staff who give guests such a warm welcome, restful quiet and great accommodation with everything you need. This time round we introduced our adult son and his partner to Naries, and were provided with wood for a special indoor braai as the evening was a bit chilly. The only criticism I have is that the breakfast is really very expensive as breakfasts go and due to the remote location, travelers are more or less obliged to make use of this option.

My husband and I spent our last night of a long trip through a very hot Namibia at Naries. The cooler air and peaceful surroundings, combined with friendly staff and excellent food was a fitting finale to a stunning trip.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Naries. Everything was a pleasure, from making the booking to arriving, to departing. We stayed in one of the Mountain Cabins and the room is excellent, the view spectacular. Definitely worth a visit!

Stayed in one of the family self-catering cottages - very well equipped with indoor braai (great meat available at Die Plaas butchery in Springok), all the self-catering facilities you need and comfortable beds. The moon rising slowly over the valley made for a very special evening

While the main house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, the outstanding feature here is the mountain huts. These are unique in location, design and fitting out. I cant recommend this African experience enough

Sehr gutes Essen und nette Atmosphäre !
WLAN war nur im Haupthaus und sehr schlecht.
Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt und die Möglichkeit auf ausgeschilderten Wegen die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Beautiful Manorhouse in the middle of great nature, many designated hiking routes for easy to difficult hikes, lovingly landscaped garden with rare plants, very friendly Service Team, excellent Ford and good value for money

What a lovely stay we had. Staying in a Namakwa Mountain Suite, the calmness and beauty was absolutely wonderful. The suite was extremely well built with attention to detail with everything that you need. The meals were excellend and the staff friendly. Our stay was just too short.
