Sadly we only stayed overnight transmitting to qld. Will definitely book again for a longer stay next time and enjoy all the facilities this amazing park has to offer. We stayed in a self contained cabin which was very clean and roomy with a nice surprise of coffee and milk supplied. We had a late check in and this was handled so smoothly. A code to get in the gate and access the safe for our cabin key was sent via sms in the afternoon and made our arrival less stressful. Highly recommend this holiday park.

Very disappointed in the experience this time around, this was our 5th stay at the Park, the other 4 were excellent. This trip had numerous issues including a bed that wasn't fit for purpose, badly damaged bathroom, water leaking onto carpet from the bathroom to the bedroom. No advanced communication regarding changes to Park rules, and 1 staff member whose customer service skills were very poor. Not the same Park that we have enjoyed staying in in previous years.

We had 3 waterfront spa cabins next to each other and they were great. Very clean and well appointed. Six adults and six kids had the best holiday. Kids loved the bouncy pillow and playing in the lagoon. The restaurant served good meals too. Altogether a great place for a holiday.

Always a thoroughly enjoyable experience staying at this park. The service and quality of the facilities is outstanding. Special mention to Steve, the grounds keeper. A guy who goes above and beyond and is extremely generous with his time and sharing his knowledge. An asset to the park and we have loved chatting to him each time we have stayed.

As a solo traveler, this style of accommodation is not what I prefer, but I thought I'd give it a go. It is more suited to families with smaller children.
Check-in was smooth, friendly and quick.
The easy to access parking was right at the cabin, which is great. The cabin was approximately 40 feet long x 12 feet wide), with a good sized verandah overlooking the lagoon. Upon entering the cabin, there is living area comprising of lounge, kitchen and dining areas. A good sized refrigerator plus all you can need in the way of kitchen appliances. Next is a bunk bed walk through room adjacent to a compact bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. The main bedroom is at the far end with a queen size bed and just enough space to get around the bed. Storage areas and wardrobes are scattered throughout the cabin.
I think for a family this would be suitable for a multiple night stay, but for me for one night it wasn't quite what I needed. There was a red and yellow garbage(s) right outside the bedroom, but luckily this didn't bother me after about 9:00pm.
