전체적으로 깨긋하고, 주차가 젤 편합니다. 일출구경이 가능한것은 장점이지만, 일출쪽에 모텔이 짓고있는관계로 공사자재가 어지럽게 놓여있어 어수선합니다. 나머지는 일반적인 도심 모텔과 동일하다고 보심되고, 성수기에 이정도 가격이면 훌령합니다.
