The room was very small and was definitely a pet room. There were stains on the carpet and the room just didn't seem to be very clean. Someone was banging on the floor above at 1:30 am. Every 5 minutes, for a half hour, they would drop something 2 times. There were no answer at the front desk. We will never stay again!!

Terrible customer service here. The GM threatened us for making a complaint about having a dirty bathroom upon arrival. We are regular IHG customers and this was a hostile and uninviting experience! THE GM DESERVES A DEMOTION!

We loved staying here because they have single room options that fit all five of us instead of having to rent two rooms. It was perfectly laid out with the couch / pull-out bed on the other side of the bathroom with a separate TV.

The crew at the hotel and restaurant were amazing. The service that we received from Rich and Madee was amazing. They want to make sure that your experience is perfect. The night we were there a patron decided to loudly speak disrespectfully, Rich, the manager went over to the patron and politely asked him to please keep his voice down and stop. The customer listed. Rich, has no problem picking up the mop and cleaning the floor. No job is to big or too small for him. Our son has moved to this area and will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future. Keep it up Rich and Madee!
