The beds were great after a long drive. The hotel is in a great spot for walking over to the Ford Center or the Horse Arena. Also had a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk lady was on her first day but was able to handle all of our questions. Breakfast was good, but I never saw anyone attending to the breakfast area. We used golf carts to travel back and forth to the Ford Center and had them parked outside the hotel all night; no one missed them.

Everything was great but the spa/hot tub. It was cloudy and greenish. The jets were not very therapeutic.

Came for an event at the Ford Center. The hotel was close, but the walls and floors were thin. You can hear every sound. The breakfast was good but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Tv didn't have many channels, toilet would run every 5 min, beds were hard and uncomfortable, and everything was run down.

CHECK IN: The check-in was easy and the front desk staff were so nice and we were able to get to our room in no time. ROOM: We had a king room. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a side chair that you could use at the desk and a 2 person love seat. The room was very clean and looked well attended to. BATHROOM: The bathroom had everything that we needed to be able to get ready for our day. Towels were plentiful and there was room on the counter to be able to place all of your toiletries. There was a night light which was a nice touch to be able to see in the middle of the night without waking your partner. AMENITIES: Coffee pot in room and coffee tasted good. Small size refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast was standard fare; bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, juices, fruit, breads, bagels. LOCATION: Right near the Idaho Center and a Dutch Bros coffee close by was conveniently located
