Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn

The place was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a clogged, unusable toilet in our room. We made 3 requests to have it fixed. No one ever came. We checked out and left. The manager refused to give us any credit on our bill. She said she couldn't do anything for us. Not going back

Great location in the heart of Nampa. Brand new hotel with a fabulous breakfast bar. Staff were friendly and always helpful. There were nice touches like an open elevator always waiting on the ground floor, and strong, hot shower, and a delicious cup of coffee always available.

The hotel is very nice, well kept, warm and welcoming. The amenities are exceptional. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. At the front desk Gerardo took time to explain the policies and amenities, with a great depth of knowledge. He even went up, personally, to ensure our room was in order at check in. Araceli cleaned our room expertly before our stay.

Clean, modern hotel, with super clean, comfortable rooms, and a slightly-better-than-average hotel breakfast. (Thank you, Maria P., for the clean room.) Well priced. No highway noise. Located at the edge of a residential neighborhood, so a good spot to go for a morning run. However - a couple of problems during my stay. Hot water in the shower ranged from weak to very weak. And my room shook on and off for the better part of my stay, thanks (apparently) to some sort of defective HVAC component in the pool room.

Beds are very uncomfortable. It is clear that the management doesn’t care about the customer experience. Asked to check out two nights early because we had an awful nights sleep due to thin walls and floors and hard beds. We were told no refunds could be given unless 24 hours in advance. How do you know you won’t be able to sleep 24 hours in advance? Was told management doesn’t allow any refunds and there was nothing they could do. Not a great business strategy for repeat business. Turned me off of best western plus all together. You can keep my loyalty points, i’m done with best western all together.

Staff, specifically the bartender, she recommended great food spots and was very friendly! Room was really clean, nice hotel.

Cold water, didn’t get extra blankets like I requested 2x, no one ever at front desk, terrible beds/pillows

Overall the stay was good. The room was squeaky clean. Maria P did a great job of cleaning the room to tip top shape. The hotel was in a quiet location, and had ample safe parking available. The beds were comfortable and clean. I do wish there were better pillows. The pillows offered were Euro sized and very lumpy and uncomfortable. Need to invest in better quality pillows. The workout room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited. Not many options for people who have dairy intolerance. It would have been nice to see alternative milk available as well as alternative milk yogurt.

Spacious room, clean pool/ spa area- Only issue was we were out of body wash and shampoo in shower. Housekeeping forgot to refill them.
