Chambre spacieuse et confortable. J'ai juste eu froid (dernière chambre du couloir en 3 façades) ds la chambre et ds la salle de bain. Télé, Wifi, propreté OK.
Super la machine à café et le sèche-cheveux !
J'y reviendrai volontiers.. juste un peu loin du centre de Namur (10 à 15min sans circulation, facilement le double en heures de pointe)

Je ne fais presque jamais de commentaire. Cependant évitez le restaurant ! Service exécrable, table sale qui n’a même été pas nettoyée malgré notre demande, temps d’attente super long, deux personnes malades en ayant mangé les tartares, dessert pas top… Bref une catastrophe comme je n’en ai connu plus depuis pas mal d’années.

Chambre confortable et bien équipée (TV,machine à café, matériel de 1ere nécessité mis à disposition à la réception) Menus variés et exellent rapport qualité prix. Spécialité fondue, pierrade et raclette Idéal pour un WE touristique dans le Namurois

The worst stay in my life, the hotel was dirty and my room smelt so bad that I had to leave it after 10 minutes (the rooms are located above the kitchen), the service was not nice (the lady with blond hair), when I asked to change the room I was refused, THEY DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY even though I was there for 10 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Het hotel opzich is redelijk voor 1 a 2 nachten. We kwamen de eerste dag binnen en moesten direct 200€ waarborg betalen voor 2 nachten. We hebben dit dan maar betaald ondanks we het veel vonden. Maar tot op heden hebben we onze 200€ niet terug ontvangen. En dat al er zo goed als een maand tussen zit zeer jammer! Elke week bellen we voor onze centen en telkens krijgen we een uitleg dat dit zeker gestort zal zijn tegen eind van de week. Na 3 weken hetzelfde antwoord te krijgen is dit zeker geen lachertje meer en mogen ze zeker zijn dat ze geen goeie commentaren krijgen en dat ik dit zeker niet zal aanraden aan andere. Voor te betalen moet je direct leggen maar het terug krijgen. Daar zien ze me nooit meer terug!

Von jungen Leuten geführtes und wohl auch renoviertes, rund 100 Jahre altes Haus mit gut besuchtem Restaurant.
Blick auf Hauptstraße und Fluß Maas.
Im Badezimmer roch es nach Kanalisation - Ursache unauffindbar - man mußte die Badezimmertür geschlossen halten. Freundliches Personal.
