Dropped our bags early and went to explore. Came back to check in at around 7pm. Our river view room was road and car view, asked to change, not possible. Really noisy with people chatting outside the windows throughout the night. Checking did not mention spa or pool use at all Toilet separate but no sink to wash hands, pretty pointless. Shower rail came away from wall. Not a 4 star at all

Perfect location for The Flow, at 15 minutes walk away. Comfortable hotel with character and the staff were delightful. Good value for money.

What a find! Lovely, quirky place with enthusiastic staff. Some parking right there and big underground carpark with EV chargers not too far away.
Right on the river with good access I to town. But we were too tired to leave the building for dinner, and that was great. Superb good choices and every tasted fantastic. Even if you weren't staying here, a great place for a quiet informal.meal.

This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

Pro: comfortable bed - if you like it on the firm side. Room was nice although a bit small with a view of the river. Nice bathroom too. Con: On our first day, there was no hot water because of works on the street in front of the facility. Even though it was not the hotel's fault, they could have done something to mitigate the pain of not being able to freshen up by offering - for instance - a breakfast voucher of one for a couple of free drinks. Also, even though the hotel is conveniently located right below the Citadel, it's not very close to the train station (if you are getting to Namur by train), as it will take a good 20 minutes to get to the facility. All in all, even though we didn't have a negative experience, we were expecting a little more. Will probably try a different facility if we ever go back to Namur.

The shower was cold as the boiler broke down. Reception said it was fixed and would work again which wasn't the case.
