L'équipe vous accueille chaleureusement et vous vous sentez directement et chez vous et pris en charge. Les photos représentent l'aménagement des chambres. Elles sont très propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le repas du soir, en chambre, était excellent et la sélection des vins est parfaite.

We got as a present the Cosy experience for 1 night, which included champagne, caviar, a 4 course meal with accompanying wines, 3 hours in the spa and breakfast. Very nice hotel. It is a different experience to get diner served in the room. Somehow this feels very comfortable, you don't need to get dressed and can eat at your own pace, much more relaxed than in a restaurant, I must say. Despite the distance from the kitchen and the stairs that need to be climbed by the staff every course was still nicely warm. Quality of the food was ok. Although the package contains 3 hours in the spa, 2 hours is more than sufficient in the pool, hammam and pool. Room is very nicely decorated with an open bathroom between the 'room' and bedroom. Small shower though. Soft beds which gave me an excellent sleep, for my wife less though. Breakfast with nice local produce. Friendly staff with no Dutch knowledge.

Formule bien être et repas . Belle proposition, infrastructure intelligemment pensée. Repas savoureux avec un service personnalisé. Suite terrasse très bien conçue avec un design épuré. Très propre qualité du petit déjeuner. Bons produits

Très bel hôtel original dans sa construction avec un service aux petits soins. Chambre très soignée avec une belle vue sur Namur, literie très bonne. Copieux petit-déjeuner suivi de 3 heures dans le magnifique spa. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Charmant hôtel, excellent accueil et services au top. Je recommande le dîner sur place car le chef est parfait. Très beau menu 4 services avec formule vin bien sélectionnée. Service en chambre très confortable. Le spa est magnifique. Bref, on était plus que satisfaits.

On ne peut plus bel endroit pour passer une St Valentin de rêve ... Endroit cocooning, avec thalasso avec peu de monde, repas en suite ou chambre.... Tout est décoré avec gout et chaque suite à sa propre identité. Bref à recommander vivement.

Évitez absolument le SPA. C’était sale et les prestations étaient loin d’être à la hauteur. Nous avons tenté de donner un feed-back oral afin d’éviter l’écrit sur internet mais le responsable a trouvé bon de remettre en cause notre avis. Ce type d’attitude ne correspond pas a ce que l’on attend d’un ´établissement haut de gamme ´.

En-dessous des attentes vu le tarif très élevé de 860 euros pour 1 soirée. Nous avons très bien mangé mais nous avons trouvé la décoration de la chambre très impersonnelle et nous avons été très étonnés de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine extérieure car elle n'était pas chauffée. De plus, nous n'avons eu aucune attention particulière alors que c'était notre nuit de noces après notre mariage. Pas eu de champagne ni de réduction, même le paquet de chips du minibar n'a pas été offert. Nous voyageons beaucoup et sommes très déçus de cette expérience.

Séjour excellent Merci pour cet accueil, la suite vauban est magnifique, Petit plus pour l enceinte Bluetooth ✅ Nous avons apprécié le moment, le personnel est très à l écoute, nous n’avons rien à redire Le repas 4 services et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents également Le service de cocktails au bord de la piscine ✅ Nous reviendrons, merci beaucoup
