房間很不錯，價錢還挺合理，服務也很好，就是浴室裏麪的沐浴露放在洗臉盆那裡比較不合適

楚世家華廷酒店地理位置很好，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，可以更好地探索這座城市。前台工作人員服務態度很棒，很熱情非常熱情，交通便利，酒店的價格非常合理，性價比很高，五樓有免費自助洗衣機，健身房都是二十四小時營業的，還免費贈送星巴克咖啡，真的非常的好，棒棒噠啊嗯噢下次來還會入住這裏

1、酒店前面是工地，非常吵而且是24小時不停工的，入住時酒店也不提醒。
2、衞生真的太差，因為吵換了房，換的這個房間裏面還有一個小房間衞生都沒做，床頭櫃上還有一些紙巾很噁心，因為太晚不想再下去前台了直接把那個小房間關掉了。
3、大堂在裝修，裝修你也要為客人提供一個舒適辦理入住的環境啊，一進去我還以為是去了工地，可以這樣説直接是工地。

沒住過如此差的酒店，沒有之一，房間沒連電話都沒有，呼叫前台都沒辦法，洗手間下水道是堵的，洗個澡整個房間能淹掉，長期導致房間內地板也是壞的，花灑也是壞的，剛開直接被噴一臉，説是酒店，根本就是青年公寓，還收200多，幾十塊我都不住。

電梯要轉2次，比較麻煩，400多的價位居住感受跟100的小旅館沒區別，電熱水器一會兒就沒熱水了，空調跟拖拉機一樣，衣櫃壞就壞，壞了掉的東西也不扔掉，就這是所謂的原價1100多的高級雙床房
