It is not recommended to have a smoking room on the b floor. The smell of smoke is very light, but it may not be cleaned properly. Sitting near the curtains and sofa for a long time will make you uncomfortable. Sore throat after sleeping. Be careful to avoid pitfalls. The room is huge. The guy who delivered the snacks knocked on the door a few times and before he could answer, he unlocked the door and entered the room.

The breakfast is very good, I love the breakfast here! You can't sleep at night when the KTV is not off work, and then the sound like the subway will accompany you all night long!

This hotel is too bad. I had elderly children with me during the Chinese New Year. I wanted to take a good rest after traveling hard. I specially booked a business room, but it didn’t even have air conditioning. The front desk didn’t even say anything about the lack of air conditioning in the winter. I blew it all night. There is a cold wind and the room temperature is over ten degrees. The service in this hotel is terrible. You can stay at Hampton by Hilton for the same price. I suggest you stay away from this hotel in the future.

酒店的環境設施很好，房間裏面每天都會打掃，各種用品都很乾凈，在這裏住了3天，每天都有零食和飲料送，礦泉水喝完了也會給續上，每天早上的自助早餐也很好吃，中式西式的都有，菜品每天都不一樣，很用心了。特別表揚大堂經理，是一個美女姐姐，我在入住期間遇到了一點麻煩，她幫我解決了，真的很感謝她！

很滿意的一次體驗，出差到水頭，提前在網上對比幾家酒店，最後還是選擇嘉年華酒店，果然沒有讓人希望，因為帶了小孩，抵達酒店之前讓安排了無煙處理，安排安靜高樓層的房間。抵達酒店，前台小姐姐儀容儀錶、微笑服務都很棒，幾分鐘快速辦理了入住，給人很舒心的感覺！客房姐姐的服務也很好，見人禮貌微笑打招呼，房間吹風機壞了及時給更換好的，酒店的早餐豐富，選擇性多樣，中西餐結合，餐廳寬暢明亮，也有閩菜的特色可以在酒店嚐到，湯粉區的阿姨人特別好，有介紹推薦早餐的種類，一直樂呵呵的，餐廳的服務員姐姐也很禮貌，中途也有及時收走用完的餐具，並沒有讓全部餐具等用完再進行清潔，用餐完也可以在餐廳稍做休息，雖然帶着口罩，也感覺給人很舒適。另外還有自助洗衣房洗滌加快速烘乾，對於出差的人太也好了。退房的時候還給了延遲退房，大堂也高大上檔次，有較大沙發區退房了休息等待。酒店門口也方便停車，退房時在前台掃碼就可以免費停車，客房還有機器人送餐服務，方便快捷，酒店雖然有些陳舊，但軟件服務可以代替很多硬件服務，性價比很高了，價格也優惠，雖然住了一晚，感受到了家的感覺，總體是很不錯的，下次出差會再次選擇南安嘉年華大酒店！

房間的衞生令人擔憂，前台的服務員很拉胯，一問三不知的，是老闆沒有發工資嗎？臉臭臭的，服務越來越差，沒有之前的好，這個價格我還不如住歡朋
