對於一位7點得起來的考試的考生，樓下ktv唱到4點多，一晚上沒睡，你還會住這嗎？真的無語透了，反饋前台根本無效，反而很大聲！10點想着還早不能這麼早反饋！到了12點撥通第一個前台説沒辦法，到了1點多2點前台説幫我跟經理説一下，安靜了一分鐘，立馬開到最大聲…將近5點才睡着…………房間還有蚊子！
