Room service and onsen is tiptop. Just location is a little far from the center. Probably only suitable for those using shinkasen transit. If you have JR pass, it will take 20 mins to go to center of hakodate where all the main activity are available.

There is a convenience store, ramen, curry rice and gift shop on the first floor. I felt that only one night was not long enough for my stay this time. I will arrange a few more days next time.
