Very clean hotel! The bed was very hard and comfortable, so I liked it. Wi-Fi is also available in each room, which is really good! The staff were kind and very nice. The curry and rice at the service at night was also very delicious. The free morning rice was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come here, I would like to stay again! The price is also cheap! However, there were no restaurants in the area that could be reached on foot, so I expect it in the future! it's recommended!

My first Japanese hotel experience did not disappoint! This is a hotel that most tourists from outside of Japan might never visit but it appears very popular with Japanese tourists visiting the Onuma/Hakodate area. I highly recommend it if wanting to be close to Onuma lake /park with beautiful views of Koma-ga-take volcano/mountain from the dining facility and also from many of the rooms. We were there in the lush summer but I imagine in the winter it is just as beautiful. Given that it is largely Japanese guests, English was challenging at times and the breakfast buffet is mainly Japanese oriented - with some cereal/toast/pastries/fruit if Japanese cuisine isn’t your preference for breakfast - but delicious. Even without English, service was great throughout the hotel. The staff looked after our conference and attendees very well. Rooms are clean, quiet and peaceful. Conference attendees raved about the indoor/outdoor onsen and also enjoyed walking the grounds. If you want nature, peace, quiet, good service you will enjoy this hotel very much. Having a car will help but there is also hourly shuttle service to the train station.

I chose it because it is called ”hot spring where you can travel in Hokkaido by Shinkansen”. It was an online reservation, but I received a confirmation call such as the room on the ２ floor without an elevator and the room with only a shower. At that time, I was able to make a reservation for a private bath. A few days before my stay, I received an email from the manager and a call to decide dinner time. The hotel can be seen from Onuma Station. Walk ５ minutes. When you enter the front desk, you will find a nice atmosphere like an overseas resort. You can drink coffee and tea, and there is a bar lounge (with time limit) to relax. Even adults can enjoy the railway diorama and railway goods in the lounge. There were various customers such as couples, couples, and families. The room was the smallest room, but the interior was devised and functional and I didn't feel much narrowness. I was worried that the room with only a shower and the large communal bath were open-air baths, but it was not colder than I expected because of the good weather. I used the large communal bath ２ times, but it was reserved. Despite the busy season of the private bath, the reservation was not crowded, and I used it at ２. (１ Some places are reserved in advance. There are already vacancies on the day of １.) Bath towels and towels are convenient in the bathhouse other than the guest rooms. And what should be noted is the meal? When you try to find a place to stay for the purpose of hot springs, the elements of Japanese will inevitably become stronger, which is also attractive. However, it was a very satisfying trip that sometimes seemed to be good for hot springs like Epi and good inn like children in resort hotels. This time it was a relaxing trip to enjoy the snowy scenery, but I would like to revisit Epi to look forward to cycling and walking in different seasons. It was a trip that noticed the goodness of southern Hokkaido.

The hotel location is opp the station and is mins away to the supermarket for all u need. The room at 11 floor was great for 3 pax. Breakfast was simple with drinks station. U can relax in morning for a simple breakfast before exploring the small quiet town.

The location is good because it is ５ minutes walk from Hakodate Station and in front of Daimon Yokocho. It is beautiful because it has just opened in ２０１９ year １２ months. The price was also cheap at the open commemorative price. Amenities are cut to the limit. Only toothbrush and shampoo, body soap and bath towel. No hand towel or face towel. There is no shaving, cotton swab, sponge, hair-stained rubber, etc. There is a dryer and refrigerator, TV and Wi-Fi in the room, but there is no hot water pot, air cleaner, deodorant spray, etc. The cup is only for toothpaste. You can't boil hot water and drink warm things. There is a coin laundry and smoking place in the building, but there is no ice making machine or microwave. The bathtub is very narrow. When you take a shower, the shower curtain hits your body. The toilet seat is also a minimal type. The right is the wall and the front is the door. It is a hotel that is really specialized in sleeping, so it is a hotel that chooses the object.

just opposite the jr station which is super convenient. The morning market is located at the next street only while tram is just few steps away. the amenities are free flow before 10pm at the lobby, including facial care and even facial mask. however, the room is a bit hot even though the temperature outside was -1 because the window gap was so small. Tried to switch off the aircon but it was still hot. Overall quite worth it.

The location is good. The service is good. The staff is very helpful. However, I did not expect the room is so small. I decided to upgrade it with additional cost. This hotel is famous for its breakfast. But did not find any prestige as compared with other.
