海と水平になっている感じが凄く素敵でした。3家族で行きましたが良い思い出です。 ご飯もいろいろあり、良かった印象です。 5月くらいに行きましたがとても天気も良かったのと向かう時に海沿いを走りますが途中に休憩が出来て海を近くで見れましたよ。 今は地震が起きて大変な時と思いますが、復興された際はもう1度行ってみたい所です。 このホテルの皆様そして和倉温泉の方々、地震で大変な思いをしている皆様、何もお力添えをする事は出来ませんが1日も早い復興を願っています。

前に「あえの風」に宿泊した時に感動と満足をいただいたので、また癒しを求めて宿泊しましたが接客・料理のレベルが落ちていて残念でした。 夕食係の若い仲居さんは多少未熟さはありましたが、笑顔・愛想がとても良く宿に新しい風をふかせていたことは唯一評価出来ましたが．．．。 特にフロントの人は本当に加賀屋グループの人間なのかと思うような有り得ない接客だったことにはガッカリでした。 背景にスタッフの異動や退職等があると思いますが、加賀屋グループの看板を背負っている以上それは言い訳にはならないと思うので接客・料理に関して再教育が必要だと思いました。

館内が広々としていてロビーに大きな窓があり海が眺められて開放的。チェックイン時にロビーでお茶とお菓子がいただけましたが、その後もお菓子、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶などがフリーでとても嬉しかったです。サービスも聞き届いていてとてもいいお宿でした。ご飯もお風呂もとてもよかった！また泊まりたい！

Overall, the content exceeded the passing standard, but I was disappointed that there wasn't much to say about cooking compared to the lectures. I couldn't feel the fresh ingredients from Noto.

The customer service, the quality of the food, and the hot springs were all good. The food was delicious and the stay was comfortable. It was a trip with children, but there were things like stamp rally quizzes for children, freshly made photo crafts, and yukata for kids, so there was no inconvenience, and the children were satisfied.

Every time I come here, I feel comfortable with great service. When I told them that my son was 20 years old and my daughter was a high school student when I made the reservation, they both gave me a gift to celebrate at dinner. I was very happy with the thoughtfulness.

We stayed on a group trip. It was a spacious room neatly decorated with flower arrangements. I thought it was a good inn, except that the room was far from the elevator. The staff is used to accepting groups of guests, and it was stress-free to explain the inn and move luggage. (The feeling of sluggishness of group customers was eliminated) I'm glad that the elevator always came right away. The public bath is not very attractive, but it can't be helped for its size. Perhaps because the dinner table was a countermeasure against corona, I felt strange that I was far away from my companions and close to strangers. It seems to be convenient for serving meals, but the seating arrangement was uncomfortable. The morning buffet was not replenished immediately and some items were out of stock for a long time. Are you bad at taking care of people? ? The staff who picked me up when using the bath at the sister hotel Ka***a was very nice. There may be a manual for the staff, but I felt that each person was responsible and pleasant to deal with. There were a lot of young people and I was happy that they were quick.

I was shown to a connecting room on the top floor.There is an outdoor bath in the room, and the morning bath while watching the Sea of Japan was the best.Both the large public bath and the open-air bath are spectacular. It was wonderful to see the performance. I made inquiries to the ryokan several times, but the response from the man in charge of the accommodation was not good. The person in charge of the room was very polite, but the explanation was a little insufficient. , There were several things I didn't understand, so I had to contact the front desk each time. It seemed to be a sponsor, and the response was very good. Take a bath in peace

In the Ka***a series, the location and building shape provide the widest view of the sea, so the scenery of Nanao Bay and Noto Island is wonderful. In particular, the view from the large public bath and open-air bath has a pleasant grandeur. However, the building itself is already old, so I can't get rid of the old feeling. Just because the building is so big, there are places that are out of reach. In addition, the amenities are minimal, and the breakfast buffet is unsatisfactory considering the recent trends, so if you are looking for such enhancement, I think this place is not good enough. This is covered by the dinner show and the souvenir corner, so I think many people who stay for a short time can enjoy it. Although there are differences in the level of customer service, the Ka***a system is basically polite. There are not as many people as Ka***a, so they are not so generous. The food was delicious, with a twist from the standard ryokan cuisine, and the processing of the ingredients was careful. All in all it's not too bad and if I had to choose somewhere in Wakura Onsen I wouldn't go wrong with this one. However, considering the cost performance, I felt that it was not so profitable.
