The room was very clean and came with a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a fantastic sea view. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; the lady who helped us even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. It was wonderfully quiet, even during the off-season. Highly recommended!

The location is superb, nestled on a hillside, offering a peaceful and uncrowded ambiance amidst beautiful surroundings. The rooms were pristine, and I really appreciated the thoughtful layout. The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was impeccable. Excellent value for money, making for a truly wonderful stay. (A delightful bonus: cute cats can be spotted everywhere!)

My wife and I came to Nan'ao for a trip and specifically booked an ocean-view room. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, the place was spotlessly clean, and the location was incredibly convenient. They even offered complimentary ice cream as a lovely touch!

Amazing hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with attractions within walking distance and shops right downstairs. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I was even able to check in smoothly early. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and replenished supplies promptly. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was free of any odd smells, and hot water was instant. Great value for money, I'll definitely be back!

The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the provided toiletries were of good quality. Throughout my stay, the staff were remarkably responsive to any needs, promptly assisting and resolving issues. Their service was exceptionally thoughtful.

Gaming-themed room/ This generously sized room is perfect for families. It features three beds, easily accommodating a family of five, and can comfortably sleep up to eight guests without feeling cramped. The room comes equipped with an arcade machine, a nostalgic touch for those who grew up in the 80s, and a huge hit with kids. Bathroom facilities are spotless, and all necessary toiletries are provided. There's also a reliable 24-hour hot water supply. The air conditioning works exceptionally well; even at 27℃, the room feels pleasantly cool. Convenient laundry facilities are available in the common area, and each room is thoughtfully stocked with plenty of hangers. Additionally, a tea set and complimentary drinking water are thoughtfully provided in the room, adding to guest convenience. Overall, the environment is comfortable and inviting, making it an ideal choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Nanao.

The room was excellent and spotless. The service was even better. We came with friends and had many questions, and whenever we asked our butler, they would patiently answer and explain everything. Highly recommend!

The overall environment felt comfortable, and the room was impeccably maintained. Its location also made it very convenient to explore other areas. Highly recommended!
