Meihao Hotel (Filming Location of Only Fools Rush In)

The hotel boasts a luxurious and sophisticated design, with exquisite details at every turn. The rooms feature smart controls and intelligent toilets, while the breakfast spread is diverse and delicious. With a well-equipped gym, laundry facilities, and more, the stay was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Major drawbacks: strong renovation smell, high noise levels, and terrible management: During check-in, another guest was at the front desk checking out, complaining about the strong renovation smell making their stay impossible. After checking in myself, I found the renovation smell to be extremely strong. However, since there were no other rooms available, I had to tough it out. The noise came from thin floorboards and the bathroom plumbing. The smart toilet made intermittent knocking sounds that couldn't be fixed, leading to a very poor overall stay experience and disrupting my rest. Poor management was evident in both breakfast and parking. Breakfast seemed to be outsourced; the trays were greasy, and the food quality was cheap. The parking lot was unsupervised, with cars parked haphazardly. Overall, the hotel felt disorganized, chaotic, low-quality, and had strong odors and high noise levels. I recommend avoiding this place.

When I come to Nan'ao Island, all I want to do is eat seafood. Staying at the Meihao Hotel in Yun'ao Town, it's right next to where the fishing boats dock, so you can buy fresh seafood directly from the pier in the morning! Plus, the hotel environment is great, and the service is warm and friendly. They even thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes.

New hotel, very comfy bed, clean and hygienic. It's located near the filming site of 'Only Fools Rush In', and this area is quite peaceful, nestled within a fishing village. You can even go buy fresh seafood at the dock nearby around 6 AM when the fishing boats come in!

This hotel is located on Nanao Island, right by where the fishing boats dock. The bridge nearby offers some great photo opportunities. We stayed in a suite, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel room was very new and the bedding was comfortable. The facilities were complete, and the washer and dryer were very convenient for us tourists! The service was also great; they recommended local folk activities to us!

The manager and front desk staff were all great, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and it's close to the beach. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great environment right by the Yun'ao fishing port. The rooftop offers fantastic views, especially the beautiful sunset! Next time I bring my family, I won't have to worry about accommodation, haha.
