Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by a breathtaking 180-degree sea view. The room was spotlessly clean and even came with a Marshall speaker. The owner was incredibly kind and upgraded my room, also recommending some fantastic local eateries and tourist spots. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast spread was amazing, with aromatic breads and authentic kway teow soup noodles that hit the spot. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even called ahead to check on our needs before we arrived. They also thoughtfully prepared kid's toiletries since we were traveling with a child, and we got to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in an apartment building right by the sea, taking up an entire floor. The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, and customer service even sent a small gift, which really improved my impression of homestays. You can watch the sunrise from bed 🌅, and the food court downstairs has everything, though it is a bit pricey! It's a short walk to the beach, which is really nice.

This time, I brought my child along, so I decided to stay in the county town. First, let's talk about the location. The B&B's location is excellent, with free parking available. Although it's a short walk, it's manageable. Right downstairs, you'll find various restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's practically the Houzhai CBD, very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the hot water is very slow; it takes a long time to come on. After communicating with the owner, they explained that the pipes are long, and you need to let the cold water run out before the hot water arrives. Now, let's focus on the B&B's hygiene and service. The B&B is located in an older building, but the rooms are all new, and the hygiene is exceptionally well-maintained. It's clean and odor-free, which already surpasses many B&Bs. Furthermore, the attention to detail is excellent. Right outside your room on the same floor, the owner provides various daily necessities (dental floss, rubber bands, hair clips, razors, makeup remover wipes, etc.). So thoughtful! Regarding service, the owner led us to the parking lot on an electric scooter. We hadn't checked in yet, and the owner helped us transport our luggage to the B&B. When we checked in, our luggage was already in the room. My child had hives and scratched their skin until it bled a bit, getting some blood on the sheets. I proactively asked the owner if I needed to pay a cleaning fee, but the owner didn't charge anything. What a generous gesture! The off-season price is also very affordable. Overall, for a 207 RMB B&B, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. The 10 points deducted are in hopes that the owner can improve the hot water facilities. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance!

The room was very tidy and the environment was great, especially our sea view room. However, some maintenance is needed. The water pressure in the room was extremely low! The hot water would turn cold after a few seconds, then stop completely for a few seconds before returning to normal, and this kept repeating 😢. It would be freezing in winter. There's a small soaking tub in the room, but even after an hour of filling, the water only reached our ankles. Plus, the room let in a lot of light.

上島的第二天，騎行穿過青澳灣的時候，我還在後悔這個臨時起意的決定。 原本衹打算住一晚。可下午騎着車，海風把頭髮吹得亂七八糟，拐過一個彎，眼前那片海從灰綠變成湛藍，我捏了剎車，停在路邊看了很久。然後掏出手機，想續住一晚。 打開訂單才發現，這家民宿早就訂滿了。翻了一會兒，訂了另一家，離這兒兩公里。 回到民宿時天已擦黑。老闆娘正在門口收床單，看見我們，問了一句這麼晚去哪兒了。我説騎車去了，然後告訴她，我們又訂了一晚，等下就搬走。 她愣了一下，問訂在哪兒。我報了名字，她想了想，説那地方是她朋友開的民宿，走過去得二十多分鐘。然後她把床單往胳膊上一搭，説：“我送你們吧。” 我説不用，走走路挺好的。她已經往屋子裡走去：“這會兒沒巴士了，大過年的也不好打車。等我一下，拿個鑰匙。” 等她的那幾分鐘，我站在院子裏，想起剛入住那天的事。春節汕頭那邊的酒店漲得厲害，這家價格出來的時候我還愣了一下，比預期的低。推開房門，落地窗外就是海，下午的陽光鋪了滿床。不同於汕頭隨處可見的藍標礦泉水，三瓶百歲山在紅酒櫃旁的桌上安靜的擺着。全屋智能家電，窗簾是電動的——我當時還想，島上民宿也這麼新了。 車開得慢，窗外的樹一棵一棵往後退。路過一個路口，她忽然説：“今天初六，晚上深澳那邊有夜巡，你們要是沒事，可以去看看。” 我低頭查了一下，潮汕的遊神賽會，媽祖夜巡。 車停在一排樓房前面。她下來幫我們拎行李，站在門口往樓上看了一眼，點點頭説：“不錯，能看見海。” 我想説點什麼，嘴張了張，最後衹説了句謝謝。 她擺擺手，鑽進車裡，尾燈亮了一下，拐過街角就不見了。 當晚我便打了車去深澳鎮。巷子裏擠滿了人，鞭炮炸得耳朵嗡嗡響，煙霧裡全是香火味。我在那一刻才覺得，潮汕的年味，確實比任何地方都濃上許多。 後來飛機從深圳飛往南京，窗外初升的太陽讓我想起島上那天的朝陽，有些服務寫在價格牌上，有些温暖刻在人的心裏。這趟旅途，我沒能續住這家的房間，卻住進了一片比海更深的暖意裏。

Before traveling to Nan'ao Island, I chose this B&B after reading online reviews. Very satisfied after checking in. First of all, Boss Xiaolin is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to introduce nearby bus routes, food, and tourist attractions. In addition to the standard quilt on the bed, I also asked to add a single quilt, and the boss readily agreed. The room is large and well equipped, and the bedding is great. You can see the sea when you stand in front of the window, and you can reach the beach in ten minutes' walk. The bus stop for entering the island is just downstairs, and the stop is called ”Tianyu Villa”. At the beginning of the lively Promenade. After entering the island, the bus passed by here first before heading to the town. Two stops away from the bustling visitor center. It is recommended for tourists visiting Nan'ao Island to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I enjoy reading to pass the time on vacation, and the quiet corner on the terrace is perfect for it. With a complimentary coffee in hand, I can look up and admire the ocean view, the fishing boats going to and from the pier, the relaxed daily life of the town, and the windmills swaying in the breeze. The sunset creates such a gentle atmosphere. The desk in the room is spacious and quiet, and the bathtub is great for unwinding. The bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The pool and gym are good for relaxing your eyes, and the kids' club is far enough away not to disturb the quiet areas. Plus, parking is convenient if you're driving.

Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does.
