The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

This hotel was vey central to many things including walking distance to TengWangGe Pavilion and the ShengLi Pedestrian Mall. The rooms were very keen and the teal and female touches added a special appeal. Everything felt clean and the service at the front desk was good. There is a reasonable Chinese buffet breakfast which included a chef cooking wonton noodles for you on the spot. Overall, very positive experience.

Great location by the river, with nice views, and right next to Tengwang Pavilion. Room was spacious and clean, with the expected basic amenities, but seemed to be some issues with soundproofing as there was constant banging from floor above. Service at front desk quite slow and not particularly friendly. Overall, good choice for a citybreak or business trip to Nanchang, would recommend.
