Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

I think they can do better. When I checked in, I already asked for a nucleic acid test, and it was midnight, so they kicked us out. I think they can find a corner upstairs and set up a tent. Okay, in short, let the guests make do with it, and they will be fine after finishing the nucleic acid the next day. If you are more courageous, in fact, the chances of people staying in the hotel getting nucleic acid are extremely small. Why can’t we set up a quarantine area? Then let the third-party nucleic acid testing personnel come to the hotel to test, and then charge a fee, so that several parties will benefit, that is not better than letting people who are nucleic acid positive run around? In short, the hotel did not do well in this matter. At the lowest level, it is better to write clearly on Ctrip than to coax people in the middle of the night. The hotel is very nice and well maintained, the service excellent, and the amenities quite good. I had a full body massage and my companion had a foot massage with a pedicure. 現在對華住會的酒店比較專一。這次春節假期到南昌，依然是選擇了華住會旗下的美侖。 這家酒店是一家五星級酒店改造的。離地鐵站和公交站都很近。衹不過南昌這兒的幾個主要景點都不太靠地鐵站。所以基本上還是打車。這兒的T3很多。 酒店的早餐品種不多，但是還是很用心準備的。有當地特色的南昌拌粉和瓦罐湯（要趁早去才有。我們第一天到的時候，7:40吃早飯，已經空空如也了。連酸奶都沒有了，第二天7點就過來吃，東西都很齊全。）過年，人手不足，準備不足，也能理解。 現磨的咖啡，每天一杯提提神。 寢具舒服。 酒店房間的隔音不是非常好。也沒有冰箱，上次去武漢住美倫就有小冰箱的。 網速不太行。 沖淋間的水流非常大，沖的非常舒服。 有浴缸袋提供。可以泡澡解乏。可惜泳池不開。 19點後，可在前台領免費糖水。我喝了一次紅豆湯，還不錯呢。 前台服務員身着馬面裙，有特色。有位聲線低沉的姑娘給我印象很深，天天見她堅守崗位，説是連上一週了，真是敬業！ 以後有經驗了。來南昌過年，還是謹慎選擇，因為這兒的餐飲店基本上都是關門。
