Holiday Inn Express Properties in Nanchang

We booked this hotel based on our trust in the Holiday Inn standard, but unfortunately, it fell short compared to other hotels on our trip. We found the overall standard to be quite low in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and service. The price felt high for what it offered when compared to other hotels in the same area. While it's certainly close to the train station, if you have a lot of luggage, you'll still need a taxi, which can be problematic for short distances here.

Nanchang is so good to visit, its REAL China, and yet there are so few western people visiting. The hotel was really good. The rooms spotless and the staff very helpful. The staff helped us work out wechat to get tickets for the museums. The breakfast had local food as well as western fare. This place, Nanchang and the hotel were the highlight of our 2 week visit to China. **** (New Zealand)

However, there are only two sets of washing and drying machines in such a large building with more than 100 guest rooms, which is a bit too few, maybe one person is more than five. Service: The front desk guy, the restaurant aunt, the uncle, and the cleaning aunt are all very good and enthusiastic. The only bad thing is that the geographical location is a bit awkward, which may not be very convenient for traveling.
