The parking right outside the hotel was super convenient. As a family of two adults and one child, we appreciated that the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast spread offered a huge variety of options, and our child absolutely loved it!

I must give a special commendation to the hotel staff! From the front desk to room service and the restaurant, every single member of staff was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, always with a friendly smile. Any questions or requests (such as asking for directions or needing extra items) were met with prompt, detailed answers and assistance, making us feel right at home.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I loved the minimalist yet elegant decor. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. It's been ages since I found a hotel that offers such great value for money. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway station. While the facilities are new, the air conditioning was a major issue. It made a loud, rumbling noise the moment it was turned on, keeping me awake all night. Additionally, the curtains didn't fully cover the window, letting too much light in early in the morning.

I often visit Nanchang for business, and this is truly one of my favorite hotels. Both the quality and service are excellent, and the breakfast spread is wonderfully extensive. Crucially, the soundproofing is superb, guaranteeing a very peaceful and quiet stay. Its close proximity to the business district also makes it incredibly convenient to get around.
