This has to be the nightmare worst hotel I have ever stayed before. I had to request to change rooms 4 times until 2 am before I could settle down in a proper room. 1st room heater only run 20 minutes then only cold air, then I told front desk, they already know about it, so just immediately changed a different room which is smaller and worsen then the 1st, then heater only runs for 30 minutes then only cold air, so I had to physically walked down stairs because telephone did not work, to asked to change room, they know the heater didn't work. Gave me another room which smell full of cigarettes , then I had to change another room which by then nearly 2 am. Now all the rooms are so dirty, from rubbish hairs, peanuts to ***** hair in bathroom floor, see photos. On top staff at front desk are not very friendly, and they don't know how to register or seen a passport before. See photos of how dirty hotel rooms are. And they also use 'recycle toilet seat ', meaning 2nd hand toilet seat, and touch up the edges of toilet seat, how bad can that be.????from now on I stay away from this home inn hotel chain, I had bad experiences with home in in Shanghai too, toilet smell so much and cockroach running around in food table . But everything look very clean, but not really. No more home inn!!!
