The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

The service was great and very friendly. Then Grill and bar had great food. The decor was rather interesting. Very convenient for what I needed and easy to get a didi / taxi.

After a long day of driving, we saw Tim Yang, a young man, smiling and welcoming us as soon as we entered the hotel lobby. The service was warm and thoughtful! He was skilled in his business! He quickly arranged a room for us. There was no smoke or odor in the room, and the view outside the window was across the river from Tengwang Pavilion. The bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, and the service and cleaning in the restaurant were very timely!

I asked about related issues (because I had seen on Xiaohongshu that there might be thunderstorms, so I was very worried), and then I heard that Ctrip’s service was better, so I consulted her again. She patiently told me that this would not happen, and took the initiative to ask if I could add my WeChat, and I could contact her if I had any needs🩷 Her professionalism convinced me! I successfully booked the room right after the call! ! Before the trip: Because I thought she was a local in Nanchang and knew Nanchang better, I asked with an inquiring attitude, could I introduce the local attractions to me‼ ️She made a local version of the guide for me, and after reading the guide I made, combined with my own travel intentions, she told me the time arrangement, where is more suitable, and how to arrange it more reasonably😉Because I heard that Jiangxi is famous for its food, and then she introduced me to a lot of fly restaurants! You can't find it on Xiaohongshu, it's delicious only known by locals!! She shared with me one by one, and told me that this one would be spicy, and that one would be less spicy and more suitable for my taste! Of course, Nanchang is really spicy😭 During the stay: Before I arrived at the hotel, she kept contacting me, asking when I would arrive at the store, whether there was anything to help prepare, whether there were any notes, etc., which made people feel very considerate! And after I checked in, I kept in close contact at all times, and I could contact her at any time if I had any questions. During my stay at the hotel, my ID card was moved into the stool compartment and couldn't be taken out😭The first reaction when I couldn't take it out was that I must find her, and then let her help me think of a way. Sure enough, after I contacted her, she replied to me very quickly, and helped me contact the cleaning lady, and then called the maintenance staff for me, and finally took out my ID card smoothly. She was really more worried than me! She kept asking me if my aunt had come, if the maintenance worker had come, if my ID card had been taken out, etc. 🙋🏻♀️It felt like she cared about these things more than I did, which was really touching! This is the first time I have encountered such good hotel service. It feels like a good friend who cares about me all the time! When I went out to play, I also asked her about the strategy of Bayi Square, and some more suitable places to go. It was really a second reply, and she always served you at all times! And it doesn't make people feel very distant, it makes people feel like your friend, you can ask at any time, and you will get an answer at any time. After checking the entire Nanchang Honggutan, only Sheraton and another hotel have two-bedroom suites. My husband chose Sheraton because he thought it was close to the river. I had heard that Nanchang was a desert of luxury hotels, so I didn't expect much. After coming here, I was really surprised! I really have no complaints about staying in a large suite of more than 100 square meters at this price. It doesn't matter if there is no river view! It's super cool for the children to run around. Even the second bedroom where my aunt lives has a super large bathroom and a large desk. I'm so happy. Thanks to Acilia (Ms. Wang) who helped me check in, she also helped our aunt add an executive lounge, and dinner was also solved in the hotel, which was great! The manager with short hair and super beautiful (sorry for forgetting her name) in the hotel lobby was super warm. She was very enthusiastic when I checked in, and helped me deliver Nanchang special breakfast the next day. It would be even better if the hotel could add children's milk warmers and other related equipment. I will come again when I find a cool place in the future.

1. The river view room is blocked by residential buildings on the left and the city tax bureau building on the right, so the view is limited. 2. The layout of the room is not reasonable: 1. The closet is in the bathroom, which is inconvenient to hang and take; 2. It is not ventilated; the hotels I have stayed in are basically next to the room door. 2. The water boiler and tea table are placed against the wall of the desk, which is very inconvenient to use. I don’t know why they are placed there? 3. A domestic hotel of this level and price actually does not have toothpaste, toothbrushes and other toiletries? I have stayed in many hotels of the same brand, and I am not so dissatisfied! Fortunately, the hotel’s lunch and dinner buffets are good and I am quite satisfied with the food!

The hotel location allows you to see the Tengwang Pavilion over the river, and the night view is beautiful~ The hotel service is also very good, especially the front desk lady Wang Ying! When we checked in, we had all kinds of troubles at the front desk, and the lady patiently helped us solve them!
