Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

We originally thought it was just a simple meal, but the sumptuous dinner made us and our friends very happy! The room was large, the river view was great, and you could see the Ferris wheel at night. I will book a room with you next time I come to Nanchang!

Facilities: The only drawback is that the swimming pool is not good. It is outsourced to a fitness organization. There are four swimming lanes, 2 of which are for students. All hotel guests are squeezed into the two middle lanes. The students practicing leg-pushing exercises are also terrible. The blue bath towels provided are very ordinary. I should have taken the room towels downstairs. The female locker room is poorly maintained, the trash can is overflowing, and there is a steam room, but it is not open. Service: The service is really good. Manager Pan Haitang communicated by phone 2 days in advance, the lady at the front desk who checked me in (the membership number was a mistake, so she re-registered one for me, but it was quickly resolved), and I am especially grateful to the aunt who cleans the guest room on the 29th floor.
