設施：完善的不得了，想吹空調是吹不了一點，生怕你吹空調冷着熱着
衞生：一次性用具自備吧，老闆説五星級酒店都沒有
環境：蠻好，不用走幾步路就到頭，老小區住宅環境愛來就來吧，這個價錢絕對物超所值
服務：怕冷怕熱的寶貝們注意啦，沒有空調的歐，但老闆會熱情給準備好尊享美的落地電風扇一台
關上浴室門，整個房間屬於陽台樓頂星空房，落目整個32樓的風景，沒有一扇窗户是可以打開的，不過沒關係，老闆説浴室有個窗可以透氣。
浴室也免了乾濕分離，兩個手臂都撐不開，身材嬌小的人有福嘍。

這個民宿在小區裏面，2單元26樓，老闆人很好，房間也很温馨，衞生每天都有人打掃，我是臨時出差的，新建萬達廣場開業，附近沒有住的地方，就找到了這裏，住了一個星期，真的很舒服，和住到自己家沒啥區別，出差能有這樣的住宿，比酒店住着舒服多了，附近樓下就有超市，葯店，吃飯的地方，很方便，還會再來的
