Not a 4 star hotel. All rooms were studio style, and basically wet rooms. The shower door seals don’t work so the whole room entrance gets wet. No floor towel is provided. When requesting a room switch from the front desk, they said the same issue would happen in any room and did not provide any solutions.

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room.
A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise.
When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off.
This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify
