雖然很大，陽台景觀很好，但是可能是年代太久遠了，視覺上很臟，陽台的沙發上還有很多污漬，晚上睡覺都不敢睡着，覺得好臟，電視還是老式電視，看電視台的那種，不清楚，就幾個台，睡不着又不能看電視，是為了去融創海世界玩才住的，結果發現下了地鐵走好久，但是融創對面就是鉑爾曼，從外觀上看鉑爾曼都好一點，又近，害得我媽罵我為什麼不就定鉑爾曼，要定最遠的一間，最重要還是最貴最老最舊的一間

前台小樑服務很好，延遲了退房，下次還來

酒店周邊環境很好比較靜。房間及服務也可以。如果在提高點早餐品種那就更完美

The room is OK, the service attitude is OK, but the service awareness is very average, it feels like they are on the job without professional training. And the hotel is a parent-child hotel. Except for being closer to the Sea World (the other two hotels are closer), the rest is not at all like a parent-child hotel. My husband's evaluation is similar to that of the Four Seasons. Specifics are as follows: 1. When you arrive at the hotel, there is no concierge. You have to look around and ask by yourself. When you check in with your children, they won't ask if you need children's toiletries and slippers. They won't take the initiative to introduce information such as the hotel's restaurants and entertainment facilities. 2. When you arrive in the room, the height of the sink is not friendly to children. When you ask the front desk if there is a children's sink stool, you are confused. 3. There is no digital TV in the room. There are less than ten channels of limited TV in total, and the resolution is very poor. It feels worse than 480P resolution. It's also drunk to use a mobile phone to watch cartoons for the baby in the room. And the mugs in the room are full of water droplets. 4. The breakfast in the restaurant was very strange. The toast and bread were separated by a long distance. The drinks were also scattered here and there. I looked all over the restaurant to find a bun for my baby, but it was covered tightly with a lid and there was no card. I asked the noodle stall guy and he said he could make non-spicy noodles. The first time I went back, he forgot to make it. The second time I went back, he gave me a spicy beef noodle. I looked at it and confirmed it. He firmly told me that it was not spicy. I wanted a coffee spoon for the child, but the waiter gave me a large Western soup spoon. My husband asked if there was soy milk, but the answer was that there should be no today... 5. I asked the front desk about the time of the music fountain in Qiushui Square and whether it was operating normally. The answer was that it was not in the same area and I didn’t know. I saw someone eating buffet in the restaurant. Since I saw on the Internet that the restaurant buffet was only open on Fridays and Saturdays, I went to ask the front desk lady, and she said that there was a group meal across the street. If you need it, you can go to the restaurant to ask. On the day of check-in, my husband told me that if I wanted to extend my stay, I could go directly to the front desk and pay the same price. The next day, I went to the front desk and they told me to place an order on the website without confirming which room I was staying in or whether I could extend my stay in the same room. I wanted to change rooms after staying for one day because I had a baby and was too lazy to move, so I extended my stay. I had one more day left, but I decided to change hotels.
