The hotel needs upgrades and remodeling. House keeping is not up to standard with dusty cupboard and hangers. Towels are not totally clean. Breakfast is limited choices.

酒店勝在位置，可以看到滕王閣夜景，美居和全季是同一棟樓，共用5樓的洗衣房和健身房，所以第一次不知道，從洗衣房回房間的時候坐錯電梯，下到全季大廳去了。房間衞生很欠缺，剛入住發現馬桶圈上的尿漬沒有清理，尿騷味很重。反映以後有來重新打掃。

位置臨近滕王閣和萬壽宮，步行都可以很快到達。酒店設施齊全，環境和衞生條件都特別好。房間直接給我們升級了一下，更加寬敞舒服，窗口即可見江景，雖然是繁華路口，但鬧中取靜，睡眠安逸得很。服務非常貼心到位，可延遲退房至下午2點。南昌這幾天入梅，很多酒店特別潮濕，但這裏一點沒有，住得舒心睡得安逸！

幾次旅行都準備去南昌，結果失之交臂。這次安排好時間直奔南昌小住幾天，提前訂好贛江邊滕王閣最近距離的美居酒店，酒店位置特別好，在江景房裡盡收贛江滕王閣的美景。房間很舒適，酒店服務也很好，在此特別感謝17層的服務員王姐，很敬業，熱情，周到，令人很温暖，住了三天非常滿意，下次有機會再去入住！

不得不説，一般儘可能都給好評的，但這家美居前台太高冷了。沒有笑臉，沒有主動問候，還得我先問他們哪裡辦入住。退房時候的工作人員也是。前台工作人員是酒店的第一印象，希望能熱情主動對待賓客，這是服務行業的基本素質。地處如此優越的地帶，肯定不缺少客户入住，但是回頭率才是一家酒店的成功率。

總體來説居住比較舒服！受客人之託已經是第二次選訂該酒店，感覺良好！不知道是不是最近惡劣天氣大暴雨的原因，房間有點煙味。已退房無圖片。

這個酒店地理位置比較棒，看滕王閣夜景也可以，特別是在走廊裏能看到全景，其它沒有值得點贊。離譜的是住酒店的第二晚凌晨三點有人用力敲房門，嚇得我心跳加速到一百八，一開燈那人就不敲門了。。。
