該酒店是南昌市第一家五星酒店。硬件和服務都符合五星酒店的標準。房間很大，該有的都有，甚至還有洗衣液。早餐是自助餐，非常豐富。離地鐵非常的近，出門去各景點都方便。

先不説設施，老五星了，説實話對不起這五星兩字，續住房，床單被罩不換，給我説要提前告訴前台，用過的浴袍就那樣扔在椅子上也不管，使用過的浴帽也還在原地躺着，熨燙機和燙板也還在外面，使用過的吹風機，就衹把線裹起來，袋子壓在下面都捨不得給他裝進去掛好！甚至連我打開的衣櫃門都沒捨得關住！進門第一感覺，就除了收拾掉我的外賣盒之外，什麼都沒收拾！打電話給前台，連基本的禮貌都沒有，一直打斷客人的講話，自顧自的在哪兒講道理，累一天回來看見這一攤狗屎堆子，誰能冷靜！花錢買服務，就是這樣似的？讓我長篇大論吐槽的，你們真是獨一份！承認自己的過失很難麼？？？？
