前台工作交接有問題，並且服務態度很一般。辦理入住的時候已經跟前台説過是定了兩天的房間，結果第二天中午午睡時間，一直打電話問房間續訂的事，接了電話另一邊又沒人説話還在給其他人辦理業務，等剛睡着又打電話來問，期間服務員連續敲了好幾次門，每次前門都回復房間有人。但之後沒想到的是，服務員直接開房門進來問續住的問題。你沒看錯，在裏面有人而且沒經過同意的情況下服務員直接開門進來。跟服務員解釋完後，過了一會兒，等剛睡着前台又打來電話問續住的問題。實在是佩服！！！是故意不讓顧客休息嗎？
房間隔音效果極差，早上中午走廊都是服務員大聲説話的聲音。而且每個服務員對講機都開的特別大聲，房間裏聽的特別清楚。整個早上和中午都是持續不斷的服務員打掃衞生聲音，聊天聲音，對講機呼叫的聲音。跟服務員反應過聲音很吵，可能安靜了半小時吧，又繼續吵，早上也聽到其他旅客反應很吵的問題。衹能説非常吵，比樓下馬路還吵！！！
設施也比較老舊了，價錢並不低，建議其他旅客定當時候選擇別的酒店，同價位比這好的酒店南城已經有很多了。
