房卡一張50，沒有提前説明，弄丟了該賠償賠償，打折便宜一點不可以，還是在訂了好幾間房的情況下。一位女性，所謂的大堂副理一直在強調我沒有這個權限，那你有什麼權限呢，毫無解決問題的能力，要你這個副理有什麼用呢？出了問題就是我沒有權限，你直接當前台就好了。也許你的權限是不可以打折，但是你有沒有升房送果盤的權限？沒有任何解決方案，消費者需要的是在你能力範圍之內提出一些不同的解決方案。先做好培訓吧，毫無服務精神。

The Chinese restaurant on the first floor and ten private dining rooms on the third floor feature authentic Sichuan and Cantonese dishes prepared by famous chefs. The other restaurant and executive lounge mainly serve Western cuisines but guests can also find Japanese food and various kinds of snacks on the menus.
Business travelers can make use of the large pillar-less banquet hall as well as ten meeting rooms of various sizes, seating from 10 to 500 guests.
