垃圾賓館，條件不好，服務態度特別特別差，提前2天訂房，到了給我説滿了，還推卸責任，兩個老闆簡直**，特別是那個男的，腦子**，明明提前訂了房間，到店説滿了，連句抱歉都沒得，還罵人，已經反饋客服，看同程怎麼處理吧，勞資要投訴到底！！！
