Nancy is quite a small town, so everything is within easy walking distance. This hotel is right next to the train station, yet impressively, the windows block out all the noise — well done on that.
The hotel does have a few odd regulations though. If you check in after 7 p.m., they send you an access code by email to enter the building, and your key card will be waiting in an envelope inside a safety deposit box. I arrived late and was exhausted, so this “escape room” check-in system wasn’t exactly my favorite experience.
They also ask guests to take out their own rubbish at checkout, otherwise there’s an extra cleaning fee. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke both French and English, which made the stay a bit easier.

Just next to main train station. Apart hotels style . Very friendly receptionist and fast check in . Clean and close to all important location in city .

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Cleanliness and tidiness are acceptable. The environment is also quite quiet, as the air conditioner is on and the windows and doors are closed. However, compared to the photos, it is different!

Appart-hotel fonctionnel et confortable, idéalement situé devant la gare. Les gens de la réceptions ont été ultra gentils et accueillants, et m’ont laissée partir plus tard car la réception était fermée le jour de mon départ.
Early check in disponible pour 10€ le jour où j’y ai séjourné.
Point de chute parfait pour explorer Nancy sur quelques jours !
Vélos en libre service sur le parvis, gratuits le week-end.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à KOSY, tant pour l'accueil très chaleureux, la proximité de la gare et du centre-ville, le confort, la propreté, le Wi-Fi et surtout la climatisation impeccable par temps de canicule !

Ganz OK für den Preis. Es war sauber, Mitarbeiter waren höflich. Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist sehr gut.
Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank im Raum waren sehr laut. Zum Glück reise ich mit Ohropax, sonst könnte ich nicht schlafen.

Emplacement top, tout se fait à pied, tous les bus à proximité. Calme et espace avec magnifique vue depuis le 6ème étage; accueil super. Le point noir est l’absence de parking (le parking public est certes en dessous de la résidence mais coûte 22 € par jour ! ). Déçu par la qualité de la literie (lit 140 cm de large avec matelas à ressorts que l’on ressent bien😬).
