We select this hotel as we have an early train next morning but the room turned out to be better than expected, spacious and clean. The reception, 小黄 was warm and friendly for our checking-in. When cigarette smell spread to our room at night from the ventilation, she risked the wrath of her manager and got permission to shift us to another floor which we greatly appreciate. It was our 5th hotel in Guangxi and the hotel breakfast was the best so far. 1st time got coffee at breakfast.

地面，地下停車場都能停車，停車方便。還有慢充充電樁哦。
房間寬敞，空調，暖氣管用，還有冰箱。床柔軟舒適。
衞生間乾濕分開。洗面台水小了一點。

在這裏連住了兩天，本來想住在景區，沒有訂到房間在這裏住的，意外的好，家庭聯通房是兩室一廳，雙床房也不錯。

位置在南丹縣邊緣地帶，大堂高大，有免費停車位。早餐品種不多，用餐環境衞生整潔。房間面積較大，傢俱和裝修老化嚴重，不是馬桶漏水，就是電視遙控器按鍵失靈，要麼就是插座很難插入Iphone的充電頭。由於花灑和馬桶問題，第二天不得不更換房間，新換的卧室床上沒有抖被子，第二天腿上被蟲咬了好幾個包。

客人入住與不入住，幾點入住不知道打電話與客人溝通，悄悄摸摸把訂單改成完成了，還狡辯説電話機上有記錄，一追問是虛擬號給我撥過來查實一下是不是給我打的又不吱聲了。服務等於沒有，責任衹會推諉。

從入住到退房沒有一樣是滿意的，辦理入住效率太低了，前台兩個人，算上我們衹有兩幫客都能十幾分鍾來辦理入住，到第二天十二點後就準時問要不要續房要不要續房，到一點半服務員拚命敲門，這就是一家四星級酒店？設備老舊不説，服務也老舊，雙重老舊？來廣西最差的一次入住體驗。

😉奔着烤巴馬香豬去的，結果餐廳沒有這道菜了，那説17層的餐廳可以鳥瞰風光吧，早上跑上去吃早餐的時候正趕上大霧……啥也沒撈着。另外説下二樓的餐廳可以點餐送到房間去還是挺方便的，而且菜量驚人（我感覺我們點的涼拌蕨根粉和涼拌木耳，以及乾煸豆角都至少頂平時2倍的分量），特別提醒下菜很辣的，閨女吃完了嗓子疼了好幾天了，今天話都説不了了，也加上她原本也確實不大能吃辣的，我也大意了，想着粵菜的廚師做的應該不至於太辣……
