我今天衹説服務。這麼大的縣城看似高大上的大酒店，從經理到服務員，沒有一點服務意識和認真對待本職工作的態度，冷臉峻麪，酒店業基本常識，服務業共情能力極差，讓我們不遠萬里奔赴南丹的遊人心很冷很冷。

五一期間一家三口到南丹遊玩，習慣住大房間所以選擇了金富瑤酒店的行政套房。房間總體來説還比較滿意，客廳的沙發從來都是小孩的專用床（就愛住客廳沙發），唯二必須吐槽的，一是卧室衞生間的玻璃門太透了，雖然是老夫老妻，但上廁所洗澡這麼坦誠相待也有點尷尬，還得特別交代小孩一聲這個時候不要進房間（房間門鎖慣壞了鎖不上）；二是小孩在客廳衞生間上廁所可能丟進馬桶的衞生紙多了點導致馬桶堵塞，師傅疏通完畢後服務員沒有及時跟進衞生清潔，感覺這一點服務不是很到位。
攜程訂的房價比酒店現場訂貴50元，還不含早餐，好在酒店現場訂多一晚的時候酒店送了兩天的早餐。

從小七孔遊玩回來在南丹中轉，已經是第二次入住、去年國慶入住住的還行，本次入住體驗感差太多了，首先是入住時服務員態度簡直了，像我欠她錢似的，其次酒店衞生這次也大打折扣，窗台窗户開啟間隙好大，很不安全，對帶寶寶的家庭不是很友好

設施：相對比較好，但是有些比較有年代感了，
衞生：比較乾淨，住的還比較舒服
環境：周邊玩的還比較多。自駕比較方便
服務：態度很好，有問題都及時解決
