1. Rooms sizes are very small
2. Beds are not consistent, either very hard or very soft, if you have back pain issue avoid it. 3. Floor is very sleepary, no floor mats in room or bathroom. You have to be careful else dangerous. 4. Tata sky was not working almost changed t4 to 5 set top box 5. Rain water was coming in the room even when windows were closed. 6. This may be very specific to my room but want share bathroom drainage was not working with waterlogged
7. Food is good but very expensive. 8. Restaurant coordinator calls after 10 pm requesting to come for dinner which is very annoying. 9. Nobody pick up housekeeping number, everything you have to call reception. I had booked 4 different roooms for 4 families, more or less everyone faced issues.

Deluxe room experience was far from comfortable as it was very badly maintained (avoidable. Family rooms were well maintained and clean. Restaurant was very good. The restaurant staff was very helpful and took care of all the needs.
