酒店裡麪很大，挨着南宮湖，環境很好
早餐很不錯，種類豐富，東西做的也很好吃
服務一級棒👍必須説一下禮賓的小孟晚上開酒店的觀光車帶我們在裏面轉了一圈，介紹了一下當地的特色；第二天禮賓部的小張熱情的歡送我們，還精心準備了水果；還有餐飲的經理，不知道姓什麼，但是很熱情，晚上的自助給我們開了紅酒，一直問有什麼需要聯繫他就好。有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
下次帶孩子再來一下

南宮是我先生的出生地，我第一次耒，感覺貴酒店無論裝修、設施、衞生、服務方面，尤其環境，推開房間窗户，風景這邊獨好！早餐也很豐盛，服務人員素質也一流，吃完早餐去南宮湖邊走走，很是愜意！久未見面的親朋又在餐廳共進午餐，菜品很好，先先的鄉愁在團聚中慢慢消散，留下的是一片歡聲笑語！下次還來！

酒店挨着南湖，環境優美，景色一流。酒店硬件設施很好，符合五星水準，且帶有東南亞度假風格，是旅遊放鬆首選。酒店服務一流，從門口接待小夥很有眼力見就能看出來整體水平，咱們的經理和主管就更到位了，細節之處見服務素養，總是站在客户角度協調解決問題，特別感謝一位女經理，幫我們協調到了能看湖景的房間，給了我們很好的旅行體驗！另外來的時候和臨走都送了水果，很貼心的服務。餐飲方面，酒店的晚餐自助確實很好，物美價廉，就是假期人多可能有的菜品瞬間沒了很久能續上，後續可以考慮極限人流情況的快速應對預案，也有解決辦法，另外其實晚餐自助的品質挺高的，我個人認為再適當提高一點價錢也不為過。總之，體驗很好，尤其是服務，還會再來。
