垃圾酒店，沒熱水，花灑是壞的，住了一晚沒洗漱，第二天頂着冷水洗頭，沒吹風機，用毛巾把頭擦乾後放洗漱台了，然後就要扣按金了，理由是把毛巾弄臟了，客服態度入住之前很熱情，退房還按金後就是爺了，真的就是逮着一個坑一個，一分錢一分貨有道理的，別貪小便宜，第一次來，本來覺得南華生活環境挺悠閑的，屬實是被噁心到了，下次不會來這個地了，也不匿名發了

第一次住冬天沒有熱水，還以為不燒不夠用，第二次還是沒有熱水，問了前前台，回覆就這條件，從未預到沒有熱水的酒店。其衞生倒是可以接受
