老闆（當然，老闆不一定能看到評論）您好，作為住宿業的同行，很誠懇的給您提一些意見。我們不在一個城市，不存在惡意競爭差評的關係，一年下來全國也住過幾十家酒店民宿。就200～300這個價位而言，千喜的性價比比較高，房間內硬裝和配套設施齊全。但有幾點不如意的地方： 1.前台基本談不上服務。一共住了兩晚，除了第一天接待的那位女士比較熱情外，第二天和退房當天遇到的兩位（分別不同的人）女性工作人員，完全沒有經過培訓，微笑接待都不提了，最基本的禮貌用語和禮儀都不懂，全程冷冰冰，一副“你別來打擾我”的樣子。 2.隔音問題，總體還能接受，雖然臨街，使用的也是普通鋁材窗，但因為非櫻花季，南澗並不熱鬧，所以總體還好。衹是在建築內，房門隔音效果差，早上阿姨打掃客房也不會盡量壓低聲音，對睡眠質量差的人還是有一些影響。 希望經營管理者能夠切實認識到問題，提高服務質量對投資人負責，也希望貴店生意興隆。 酒店回覆的客套話就不用講了，看了一些評價的回覆，倒是很熱情，不過實際上你們員工的行為，與貴酒店的服務基調完全不符。
