古董房子，古色古香。牆磚不是當地常用的泥磚，是用古董青磚砌成，和我祖屋的材料一樣，可能是道光，鹹豐年代的建築。店家的祖上是有錢人，鑒定完畢。

靠近懷遠樓，老闆人挺好，離遊客中心有點遠，但是回去的時候老闆送我過去坐車了。因為是木板樓，所以隔音會弱一點，此外都很好，而且價格在景區裏也很便宜了

民宿有年頭了，據説是祖輩留下來的，有點像方型的土樓，但是設施很完善，老闆人很好，她家門前有很多圖一那種小苦瓜，離圖二懷遠樓很近，停車也很方便，最後説一下雲水謠很漂亮

床鋪挺舒服，裝修也還蠻新的。木板樓人多走動時自然隔音會差些。但對於土樓體驗確實很好，值得推薦!

民宿是個非常有特色的福建土樓，是老闆家祖上傳下來的，非常有歷史底藴，；土樓非常有南靖風格，土樓一共有兩層，我住的是第二層，房間很舒適，設施一應俱全，住在這裏彷彿穿越回了兩百年前，老闆一家人都相當好，跟我們吉林人也很有緣分，相當純樸熱情，又請我們喝茶，又請我喝自治的米酒，在這裏雖説衹住了一晚，但相當開心，有機會下次一定過來多住幾日，很推薦大家來這裏體驗一下土樓的風情！

從來沒發過點評，這次得評一下。據老闆説，房子是兩百多年的土樓，確實很有特色。房間雖小，但一應設施俱全。更重要的是，老闆很熱情，所有安排都令人滿意。人傑地靈，值得再去住。最後，福星樓的石雕給人留下深刻印象，家人們找到自己的生肖石雕合影，都很開心。
