伴溪而建，直接收的舊宅改造。每晚伴着潺潺流水聲睡的很香。五服務很好。三餐豐盛。活動滿滿。下次還來～～～

首先，酒店的服務還是熱情的，其次，在硬件上，作為土樓的酒店也已經是盡力了。如果作為普通五星來説， 挺ok了，但是如果想要做品牌精品酒店還需要更努力才可以。真誠得提出幾點建議：1.餐飲，酒店是包餐制，建議提前一天就菜單跟客户溝通，我們到的當天的菜單其實並不滿意，想跟酒店做出調整，並願意付款費用單點，故特意詢問酒店是否有零點菜單，酒店説有但是當天有小團隊，所以備菜沒有，當然最後管家盡力協調，但確實選擇太少。而且早餐真的太乏善可陳了，第一次遇到半自助衹有2個選擇，就是蛋餅和餛飩，居然麪條也沒有，煎蛋也因為人多無法跟上提供，説要等很久……不明白是因為假期，還是我們運氣太差，自助部分也非常少。做set可以，但至少應該給客户一定的選擇權。2.活動。非常期待青普的活動，第一天本來安排了捕魚，因為下雨取消，這個可以理解，畢竟天氣不好有安全因素，但是第二天本來説好是參觀繩武樓，介紹看的人非常期待，結果第二天變成南歐村遊，且全程並沒有解釋為什麼換。小朋友和長者都是失望的。且因為在鄉下，本來想晚上再自費給小朋友➕一個活動，被告知被包場了，讓人不禁懷疑白天的文旅活動是否一切也以團隊為主，不考慮散客？3.家庭房的其中一間非常非常小，行李沒法擺放，且隔音為0，當然這點可以忽略，畢竟是土樓縮小。第一第二點請酒店可以提高，尤其是餐飲，早餐完全可以再加強。 提後建議多招幾個男行李員，小姑娘拿行李，實在有些於心不忍

非常喜歡隱世的感覺！最值得一提的是青普的服務，感動到我，所以特意來好評。
不管是接送、飲食還是活動，管家都關懷備至。
茶室與特色活動我認為也都是酒店的亮點。
走的那天暴雨，山裡路段也淹了很多，酒店工作人員熱情主動幫助我們聯繫司機進行溝通，並且主動幫我們提着行李箱蹚過大水，最終使我們順利出山！

青普實在太讚了！攜程套餐不包含人文活動，適合喜歡自己玩的我們。酒店在百年土樓的基礎上改建，修舊如舊，房間裏面古色古香，洗護用品都很高級。酒店裡很安靜，能讓人靜下心來放鬆。套餐裏包的早飯和晚飯都很好吃，口味清淡，主打健康，特調荔枝玫瑰水非常好喝。服務上，提前一天電話溝通如何抵達酒店，解釋了景區門票如何取，我們一到就送上了歡迎飲料，房間裏擺放了歡迎水果，非常貼心。整個入住過程都是一種享受。唯一一個值得改進的地方是餐廳裏需要多多驅蚊。

the hotel is really amazing. they preserve the original architecture. the location is great and the room is very well designed. Food also great. they really took care of me every minute. I highly recommend this hotel I would stay again and again there. Is the best place for a relaxing weekend

坐落於一個小村子裏，酒店內環境舒適，庭院很適合看書聽雨。可能因為單價高，來往客人都素養較高，全家老少一起來出遊比較多。早餐一般，一位服務員忙不過來，品類很少，晚餐總體滿意，雖然沒有珍貴食材，但味道不錯，搭配不錯，孩子們累了一天很享受晚餐。酒店缺點是房間實在不行，古宅老舊我可以理解，但是不能接受沙發大片污漬，沒有工作人員拆下清洗，床頭紙燈都是凹陷損壞的，床墊睡着很舒服，可能雨天的山裡特別寧靜，很好睡。青普的特色藝文，我們體驗了做清明果和畫土樓，清明果很好吃。土樓繪畫的老師非常用心，教的很認真，我們非常喜歡，作品很漂亮，簡直難以想象自己能畫出這麼漂亮的作品。服務很好，退房還準備了新鮮水果。總體，若價格再合理一些，基本完美的度假體驗。
