房間挺大，空調也好用，設施比較陳舊，向機關的賓館，服務也是不到位，要瓶水都囉裏囉唆，早上吃飯還他們給打，不是自助。

實在難以開口～入住體驗吐個槽吧！下午5點半入住，房間衞生還沒收拾好，床單被套放在櫃子上，枕頭在床頭櫃上！那就先去吃飯逛一逛吧～9點鐘回來，洗漱完畢準備睡覺，床單下面就是孤零零的爛席夢思，硬邦邦連個床褥都沒墊。就這麼忽悠人的？扣扣搜搜的早餐～一言難盡，就筆下留情了～南靖縣政府下屬單位就這樣忽悠遊客的？哎～挺失望的！國企老牌三星酒店

酒店有年頭了，有些舊但是床品很乾凈，不好的地方是吃早飯的時候，要兩個饅頭兩個雞蛋不願意給，兩個大人兩個孩子900多房費，我真的很無耐，自助早餐就和乞討似的，且不説種類多少，拿個一次性筷子嚇得服務員一路跑過來不讓用，建議你們管理去住一住大的連鎖酒店，看看別人的服務，不要坐井觀天

安靜，想當年也是縣城裡最大的酒店沒有之一。，但現在似乎沒有與時俱進，所以硬件條件還是比較差的，房間比較小，水洗澡的水也不夠大，而且可能入住的人不太多，所以感覺房間的空氣不太好

整體還可以，入住登記時人多，登記等的時間長了點，工作人員一個忙不過來，房間設施一般，整體枱麪衞生乾淨，空調有點舊，枕芯、被芯有點黃，有一次性馬桶墊，涼拖需要自帶，早餐種類選擇不多。
