First time staying at Atour Hotel, Facilities: Very clean and comfortable to look at Hygiene: Very good, but the shower room is a little small Environment: The environment behind Nanda is good, a bit like the location of my home. It is very convenient and quick to send children to take postgraduate entrance exams. Service: I really want to praise this. The customer service is really great and answers all questions. I hope to come back to this hotel next time when I come to school to accompany my children to study and give them a chance to surprise!

This time, my friend and I came to Nanjing for a trip and chose this Atour Hotel at the Confucius Temple Qinhuai River cruise terminal. It truly exceeded our expectations! It's definitely a hotel geared towards a younger crowd, and Atour is getting better and better, so staying here felt even more reassuring! This hotel features a high-end, wood-themed decor, and the lobby is fully equipped. The late-night congee service is also fantastic! It's really nice!! 1️⃣ First, let's talk about the location – it's absolutely unbeatable. Step out of the hotel, and you're right at the Confucius Temple, inside the scenic area itself! Turning left or right, you'll find lively spots everywhere, and dining is incredibly convenient. Getting to wherever you want to go is super quick!! 2️⃣ Next, the front desk service. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the staff at the front desk (both the young men and women) were quick to respond and assist. It made us feel very comfortable, almost like being at home 🥹🥹. 3️⃣ Finally, the room situation. The rooms are super new, and walking in, you're greeted by a huge floor-to-ceiling window! The view is excellent! Plus, the bedding is fantastic – very clean and comfortable. The mattress is soft, ensuring a good night's sleep!!! Honestly, I made the right choice this time. I'd stay at this hotel every time I visit, and I recommend it to any friends coming to Nanjing too 😃😃.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with the bedding and tabletops spotless. The facilities were also perfectly adequate, with everything you'd expect. The biggest surprise was the robot delivery for room service – no need to wait for staff to run errands, it was quick and accurate, making for a great experience.

Such a great hotel. Beds were so comfortable and the room so clean. Air conditioning excellent, and plenty of shops and restaurants around. So close to the train station, sports Centre etc. Highly recommended for solo travellers or business people.

Close to the South Station, it's only a ten-minute walk with luggage. You can see the South Station from the room. The facilities are relatively new, and the hygiene is excellent; cleaning is done meticulously. The beef sauce noodles for breakfast were fantastic, and there was a great variety too.

For me, cleanliness is paramount, and I'm very sensitive to strange odors and noise. None of these issues appeared at this Atour, which made me extremely satisfied. Every staff member I encountered greeted me proactively and was very enthusiastic. The housekeeping staff even asked if I needed any extra amenities. The desk lamp in the room had a loose connection, and when my child needed it for homework, the auntie (a friendly term for an older female staff member) didn't hesitate to help find an extension cord, all while apologizing for the inconvenience. This kind of service really makes guests feel valued. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the metro station. It's just one stop to Dahangong, making transfers to other lines incredibly convenient. All in all, this Atour near the Presidential Palace definitely deserves a positive review!

The hotel's location is truly excellent. I knew it was close, but I didn't realize just how close! When I booked, I chose it because it's in front of the train station and behind the zoo, and in practice, I didn't take a single wrong turn. Plus, there's a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Fuzimiao, Xuanwu Lake, Jiefangmen, and Laomendong. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The room facilities were also well-maintained. The breakfast was small but exquisite; the buffet spread was impressive, and the best part is that everything I picked was delicious, so there was no waste. Oh, and the pillows were comfortable too! I highly recommend staying here; I'll definitely be back.

On a business trip to Nanjing, I specifically chose the newly opened Atour Hotel on Shanghai Road 3.6. The hotel's overall style is simple yet sophisticated, and the room layout is very well-designed. The bathroom is equipped with high-end Jo Loves toiletries, which feel very luxurious. The lighting in the room is soft, and the smart touch controls are very convenient. What I liked most, though, were Atour's bedding – the mattress offers great support and resilience, and combined with their Deep Sleep pillows, sleeping became exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, the hotel staff were very warm and attentive; they'd actively greet you in the hallways. It was a pretty good travel experience overall.

Overall, the stay was very good. Initially, I was a little worried because the hotel wasn't established in 2025, but the lobby was surprisingly grand and stylish. The receptionist upgraded my room. The building is spacious, and the high-floor room was excellent – ​​very roomy at 40 square meters with a great view. The bedding was as comfortable as always, and the air conditioning was good. If they renovate in the future, they could consider upgrading the TV; the lack of screen mirroring makes it less than ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station and Fuzi Temple. There are many great food options nearby, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the staff are all very friendly, especially Miss Qingyu. Overall, I highly recommend it.
