The hotel is located in the valley, renovated from an old earth building, close to nature and history. The food is delicious, the service is good, and there are small activities suitable for parents and children to participate in.

First of all, the hotel's service is still enthusiastic. Secondly, in terms of hardware, as a Tulou hotel, it has done its best. If it is an ordinary five-star hotel, it is quite ok, but if you want to be a brand boutique hotel, you need to work harder. I sincerely put forward a few suggestions: 1. Catering. The hotel is a meal-inclusive system. It is recommended to communicate with customers about the menu one day in advance. We were not satisfied with the menu on the day we arrived. We wanted to make adjus**ents with the hotel and were willing to pay for a la carte. So we specifically asked the hotel if there was a zero-order menu. The hotel said yes, but there was a small team on that day, so there was no prepared food. Of course, the housekeeper tried his best to coordinate in the end, but there were indeed too few choices. And the breakfast was really lackluster. The first time I encountered a semi-self-service buffet, there were only 2 choices, which were omelettes and wontons. There were no noodles. The fried eggs could not be provided because there were too many people. It was said that it would take a long time to wait... I don’t know if it was because of the holiday or our bad luck. The self-service part was also very small. It’s okay to do a set, but at least customers should be given a certain right to choose. 2. Activities. I was really looking forward to the activities in Qingpu. Fishing was originally scheduled for the first day, but it was cancelled due to rain. This is understandable, after all, the weather is bad and there are safety factors. However, it was originally planned to visit Shengwu Tower on the second day. People who were introduced to it were very much looking forward to it. As a result, the second day became a tour of Nan Ou Village, and there was no explanation throughout the whole process for the change. Both the children and the elderly were disappointed. And because it is in the countryside, I originally wanted to give the children another activity at my own expense in the evening, but I was told that the place was booked. I can't help but wonder if the cultural and tourism activities during the day are also based on teams, and not considering individual travelers? 3. One of the family rooms is very, very small, and the luggage cannot be placed, and the sound insulation is 0. Of course, this can be ignored, after all, it is a smaller earth building. The first and second points are that the hotel can improve, especially the catering, and the breakfast can be strengthened. After the suggestion, it is suggested to recruit more male porters. It is really a bit unbearable for the little girl to carry the luggage.

I really like the feeling of seclusion! The most noteworthy thing is the service of Qingpu, which moved me so much that I came here to praise it. Whether it's transfers, meals or activities, the butlers take great care of you. I think the tea room and special activities are also the highlights of the hotel. There was a heavy rain on the day we left, and the roads in the mountains were flooded a lot. The hotel staff enthusiastically helped us contact the driver to communicate, and took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases through the flood, and finally we got out of the mountain smoothly!

The hotel was rebuilt on the basis of a century-old earth building, and the old is restored as it was. The room is antique and the toiletries are very high-end. The hotel is very quiet, which allows people to calm down and relax. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are very delicious, light in taste, and focus on health. The specially blended lychee rose water is very delicious. In terms of service, we called one day in advance to communicate how to arrive at the hotel, explained how to get the tickets for the scenic spot, and sent welcome drinks as soon as we arrived. Welcome fruits were placed in the room, which was very considerate. The whole check-in process was a kind of enjoyment. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the restaurant needs to repel mosquitoes more.
