The service quality of the whole hotel is quite high. The only flaw is the concierge department. The older concierge man at the door when I arrived and the younger concierge girl when I left the hotel were not very willing to help. I woke up and took my children to the scenic spot for a happy trip. I received a call from the hotel saying that two towels were lost and asked if we had brought them out!
