Grand Cozy Hotel (Nanjing Xinjiekou)

The hotel front desk staff were very polite and offered an upgrade option for an extra charge. The location is also super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the subway station, so getting to all the attractions doesn't take much time. It's worth mentioning that Trip.com has updated its service, making it hard to see the hotel's opening year. I think they should openly display the opening year; a good hotel will always be favored by guests regardless.

I had a really pleasant stay in Nanjing this time. The hotel I checked into offered excellent service, and the surrounding area was lovely. It's centrally located in Nanjing, making transportation very convenient, close to both Daxinggong and Changfujie metro stations. The room facilities were complete, with a wet/dry separated bathroom. Zhou at the front desk was also very thoughtful and quickly helped me adjust my room. The room itself was quite spacious and relatively quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Getting around was a breeze, being close to the subway and with bus stops right outside. I could also store my luggage after checking out. I was extremely satisfied with my stay. It's definitely worth recommending. They even asked about my satisfaction, which shows how attentive and considerate they are. Highly recommended!

I was so lucky to choose this hotel for my business trip; the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to business districts and transportation hubs, making getting around a breeze. The lobby is simple yet elegant, and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel offers great value for money overall, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The most pleasant surprise was that the front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. The environment was quiet, and I had a very restful stay.

Clean and tidy, the room was quite spacious. It's only a few hundred meters from the subway station, and the Presidential Palace is within walking distance. There's a snack street very close by with lots of delicious food. Excellent!

Coming to Nanjing, I looked around and still chose this hotel. Although the entrance looks unassuming, the location is absolutely fantastic. There are many restaurants and local eateries nearby, and Kexiang Street is just around the corner. Daxiangong Metro Station is only a few hundred meters away, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The staff are also incredibly warm and welcoming; they proactively ask about our needs and how our stay is going. On rainy days, they even offer us umbrellas. The room is very comfortable and clean. If you love a high bed and soft pillows, just go for it!

They upgraded me to a large, quiet room, and when I checked out, they even gave me some duck blood vermicelli soup! The service was excellent, but the room itself had a large pillar right in the middle, and there was a strong smell. Because there's a pretty big restaurant next door, I could smell cooking fumes in the room.

Had a great stay in Nanjing this time. The location is excellent, with a subway nearby making transportation very convenient. It's also within walking distance to Kexiang Food Street. The staff, particularly Xiao Lan and Xiao Zhou, were wonderful – very friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage storage. This hotel offers great value for money.
