Liangsu Hot Spring Hotel

The overall hygiene and environment were excellent, and the hot springs were incredibly comfortable. They even provide high-end shampoo and other toiletries in the bathroom.

Ugh, they were rushing me to check out 😡, and the receptionist was so rude 🙃

The hotel's 3 PM check-in sign wasn't clearly visible. Upon arrival, we found no rooms available, making check-in impossible at 12 PM. It was pouring rain outside, and the hotel had temporarily raised prices, so we had to wait. When we finally got a room, no one reminded us of the check-out time. Following normal logic—check-in at 12 PM, check-out at 12 PM, check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 3 PM—I requested check-out at 12 PM. Caught off guard, I tried to extend my stay, only to be told it would cost 100 yuan per hour overtime. The room rate was only 500 yuan. Yesterday, we were told there were no rooms available at 1 PM. Were all rooms really occupied? Even assuming all rooms were occupied, would all guests overstaying their reservations between 12 PM and 3 PM be charged 300 yuan? My friend and I hadn't finished our makeup, and with the heavy rain making it difficult to get a taxi, we grabbed our two large boxes of takeout and tried to hail a taxi to another hotel. The price was significantly higher. Clearly displaying prices is fine, but that's not how business is done. The hotel did offer two hand creams upon check-out, which was a nice touch; the service was adequate. Secondly, let's assume the room was actually available by 12 o'clock, but the front desk staff, unwilling to make an exception, opted to say it was fully booked. In three hours, they hadn't even changed the toilet trash can, and the bathtub floor was slippery! The cleaning staff simply left towels on the floor, and I stepped directly on them with one foot bare of slippers and socks. The decor is nice, but couldn't they at least do some cleaning?

The hot spring water was drained at 2 o'clock in the evening without telling the front desk in advance. Then I ran to ask the front desk. The front desk told me if the front desk hadn't told me before. I was speechless. Then I asked her what time it would be tomorrow and she told me 8 o'clock. However, I woke up the next day and didn't see any water. I waited until after 12 o'clock to start draining the water. The front desk deceived people without batting an eye. It was a pure scam and I didn't even experience the hot springs. It was the first stay experience.

温泉很好很舒服，有些温泉酒店都是直接放水而不是絹絲的。電視也是小米的，可以直接投屏。隔音也非常好。除了採光有點不好以外，其他都還很滿意。走的時候還送了護手霜。下次來南京也會來住這裏的

設施：壁紙都是壞的 衞生：馬馬虎虎 環境：馬馬虎虎 服務：不好，帶孩子還要加錢，本來房價就貴，帶了兩個孩子我説那你加一個人錢可以吧，她都不行，這麼貴的價格怎麼不去搶劫

這次入住體驗特別滿意！全屋衞生做得很細緻，一進來乾乾淨淨沒有異味。設施齊全熱水給力，房間隔音效果不錯睡得安穩。工作人員態度温柔貼心，辦事效率高。周邊吃喝玩樂都方便，性價比在線，整體温馨舒心，下次還會再來！

地點好，離夫子廟、中山陵等知名景點進，搭車/地鐵都很方便，樓下小吃街，吃飯方便，下次來南京玩會再入住…

酒店位置好，樓下就是美食街，房間乾淨，自帶温泉池。就是確認是否住宿的電話打的太晚了，晚上11點半後才打電話確認是否住宿。
