Very nice hotel with good environment and considerate service. Located around the airport, you can overlook the airport runway, passenger terminal building, etc. But since it is not on the air route, there is no noise interference from planes taking off and landing.
Facilities: The hotel has a lawn for parent-child activities, where barbecues and camping can be held. There is a restaurant, book and bar, which is great for leisure and relaxation.
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Service: Stayed for a few nights because of a meeting nearby. Room service responds quickly to needs

The boss and his wife are very warm and considerate in their service. The room is clean and the facilities are very new. The most unexpected thing is that the environment outside is very good. A good stay, overall!
Pros: near airport (10-15 minutes), room was as advertised, good shower, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, clean, shuttle service worked well, and generally felt quite safe.
Cons: the breakfast is only Chinese, but there's lots of choice; breakfast times when I was there were 6:30-9:30 (weekdays and weekends have slightly different times), so if you have to leave earlier than that, you don't get breakfast; thin walls.
General notes: only one person spoke a little English but you can get by with translation apps; I'm not sure how much there's around in terms of stores/restaurants (the location feels a bit in the middle of nowhere), so probably best to bring some food with you if you're arriving in the afternoon/evening and haven't eaten. If taking the airport shuttle, make sure you double check with the driver whether he's going to Terminal 1 or 2.

YYunaYeapMy husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality.
The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels.
On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

I booked a city-view room, surprisingly I was upgraded to the river-view room, Yeah !!! The room was great, it had this stunning view of the river and the island. If it was not for the work, I’d love to stay a bit longer, and enjoy the beautiful sunset with a fine glass of wine. Oh, and I love the tea set in the room, very Chinese style.
The staff was lovely, especially the manager Connie who had been very hospitable and friendly. She shared some nice information about the hotel design & decode, and gave me some ideas for walking around the area. Indeed her pieces of advice helped a lot to make my first visit here much easier.
I love Nanjing !! And I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance.

NNini121The location is remote, but the overall hotel environment is good. However, when checking in, the waitress at the front desk had a black face the whole time, as if she was owed. It was already 5pm when I arrived at the hotel, but I was told that the room was not ready and I was asked to wait for an hour. I am relatively speechless. I contacted Ctrip customer service and prepared to communicate. The waitress came over immediately and said that the room was ready. I used the bathroom sink at night and the water pipe leaked badly. Fortunately, there were two basins. It was late at night and I was too lazy to call customer service. The entire check-in experience was okay except for the hardware problems and the service attitude that needs to be improved. I didn’t go out to eat in the evening, so I bought a set meal on the second floor of the hotel. It was really not that delicious. The ingot shrimps were all cold, so I asked the waiter to heat them up in the microwave. All the dishes were like a group meal 😂. The breakfast the next day was average and enough to fill you up.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

We were holding thermos cups and they filled us up with hot water and gave us two bottles of warm mineral water. Because we parked on the road at the door, we were told that a ticket would be issued and we were allowed to leave. Leave the key at the front desk to help us move the car the next morning. Very considerate! ! ! ! Because I had to go to Tangshan after visiting Vientiane World the next day, I only stayed one night. The environment was very good. Before leaving, we were given two more bottles of mineral water. I was very attentive and gave us two masks and a large plate. Oranges are for guests to pick up, but we are too pressed for time. Let’s pick them up next time hahahahahahaha

Turn right at the south gate of the university, turn right at the first traffic light, and you will reach the hotel. PPatrickeblevinsMy wife and I are trying our best to have children but it has been very challenging. We needed a place close the hospital and decided to try Qingmu hotel because it was conveniently located and looked comfortable from the outside and had mostly positive reviews on trip.com.
As a foreigner who speaks very little mandarin I was concerned about communication with the hotel staff. But I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently they handled this problem. We were able to chat with help of WeChat and google translate. They also knew more English than I thought they would. Soon we were very friendly and found a productive way to communicate my needs and get the best room possible. They also helped with our travel bags and provided water and a snack. I felt very happy and comfortable with their services and they made this feel like a home more than a hotel stay.
The room was very inviting and smelled freshly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable and my wife has had back pain but said that the bed was perfect for her. It was nice that they were able to store our medication in a temperature controlled fridge while we continued to work towards conception. We had a wonderful view of the city and the bathroom had essentials to aid in freshening up between sessions. The shower had hot water and a removable head and could fit two people.
We had access to a microwave oven to warm our lunch and a laundry center to catch up on our travel clothing cleaning needs.
The hotel is located close to the subway and is surrounded by many restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Staying here during the Chinese New Year you could feel the festivities all around you, with brightly colored decorations and music.
The hotel was also pleasantly decorated with flowers in our rooms as well as in the lobby.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay, for an even better price, my wife and I will definitely return here. I attached some photos of my stay below.
