I was here for an exam, and the hotel's location was great. The smart speaker in the room was really convenient for controlling everything. The soundproofing was decent too. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that when I pulled back the covers before bed, I found small bugs, and there were also stray hairs under the pillow. I reported this to the front desk, and a security guard helped me change the comforter. I didn't even use the pillow; I just put it on the chair. Overall, it was still pretty good, but I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness in the future, especially with the duvet covers and pillows.

Came to Nanjing to see the maple leaves 🍁 and booked a hotel package in advance. Service: Due to a change in my itinerary, I communicated and negotiated with the hotel, and they met my needs. The service was excellent. Facilities: Fully smart room, automatic toilet, and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel's location is about a 5-minute walk from the South Exit of Nanjing South Station. It was very convenient to drop off my luggage after getting off the high-speed rail and then go sightseeing.

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!

The location of the hotel is very powerful, in the center, there is a bus at the door, it is convenient and fast to various attractions, there are few people on the bus in Nanjing, there are seats every time, very friendly to the elderly! The young and handsome manager knows that the elderly like bright rooms, and upgraded the room with a city view, very comfortable! Although the receptionist is a novice, it is also warm and thoughtful and very attentive! Breakfast is simple but rich, and the service attitude is also very good. Although it is on the negative floor, there is no musty smell. Chinese and Western food, fruit, coffee are available! Hygiene is cleaned every day and can wash clothes by yourself. In short, I like it very much and will recommend it to friends in the future!
